Irwin Grayson Associates has undertaken many assignments in Kenya, including:
  • Delivering training and development programmes for International Trade Centre
  • Supporting enterprises seeking assistance from Connect to Grow
  • Partnering with Coffey International Development to manage the work of the Business Advocacy Fund, a programme intended to support business membership organisations advocate for changes in public policy. The first phase ran from 2006 to 2010. Together we were successful in winning the contract for phase II which ran from 2011 to 2016. We have now been successful in winning teh contract for phase III, which will run from 2016 to 2020. BAF is supported by DANIDA
  • Consultations undertaken as part of design of BMO/ CSO component of TradeMark East Africa
  • Strategic review of Kenya Gatsby Trust for the Gatsby Charitable Foundation
  • Institutional review of Kenya Private Sector Alliance (KEPSA) undetaken with Maer Associates, for DFID, 2004)
  • Review of Private Sector Forum, for DFID, 2003
  • Output to purpose review of an 'umbrella' project, focusing on research and advocacy, managed by Kenya Institute for Public Policy Research (KIPPRA)
